Manteca Community Mural

Security Public Storage proudly dedicates our large-scale mural, “Manteca Treasures”, to the citizens of Manteca and the surrounding area, in celebration of the region’s rich heritage. Our community mural in Manteca measures 330’ long, covering nearly 3,300 square feet, and is the 14th art installation completed by Security Public Storage.

The mural, designed by Jerry Ragg of Mural Decor, inspired an outpouring of community support while painting the mural along Lathrop Road. Hundreds of admirers stopped by, honked, waved, high-fived and shared their delight with the artist, who has worked with us since 2018, as he painted the mural at Security Public Storage Manteca.

In 2023, we celebrate Security Public Storage’s 40th anniversary since opening our first two facilities in Modesto.  We take special pride in the dedication of our first Central Valley community mural in Manteca. Adding this beautiful mural to Security Public Storage feels like a warm thank you to the Manteca community, which has voted this location “Best Self-Storage Facility” in the Bulletin’s Reader’s Choice poll for 12 years in a row.
